General Christopher Musa Holds Special Thanksgiving Service to Mark Milestones

The Honourable Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (rtd), on Thursday, December 25, 2025, joined members of his family, friends, associates, and well-wishers in a Special Thanksgiving Service to express gratitude to God for His guidance, protection, and blessings over his life and career.
The thanksgiving service, which was held in a solemn and reflective atmosphere, was organized to acknowledge God’s faithfulness in General Musa’s personal journey and professional milestones, particularly his continued service to the nation in the defence and security sector.
Speaking during the service, General Musa emphasized the importance of gratitude, humility, and faith in leadership, noting that every achievement recorded in his life and career is a result of divine grace and collective support from colleagues, family, and the Nigerian people. He described the occasion as a moment to reflect on God’s guidance through years of military service and public responsibility.


Clergy officiating at the service offered prayers for wisdom, strength, and divine direction for the Defence Minister as he continues to contribute to national peace, stability, and security. Special prayers were also said for the Armed Forces of Nigeria and the country at large, with calls for unity, resilience, and sustained progress.



Family members and well-wishers who attended the event expressed appreciation for General Musa’s dedication to service and leadership, describing him as a disciplined professional whose life exemplifies commitment to God and country.

The Special Thanksgiving Service underscored General Musa’s belief in the role of faith as a foundation for effective leadership and national service, as well as his continued resolve to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s development.
