 The Director of Administration at Sankara Nigeria Limited, Ahmed Sankara, has emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing agricultural development in Nigeria through strategic collaborations with both local and international stakeholders.

Speaking to journalists at the ongoing 7th Nigeria International Agriculture ( NIA) Expo held at the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Mr. Sankara said the expo presents a unique opportunity for players in the agricultural sector to exchange ideas, showcase innovations, and form meaningful partnerships that can transform Nigeria's agricultural landscape.

“Our goal at this expo is to engage with Nigerians and international industry leaders to build partnerships that will promote and modernize agriculture in the country,” he said

Mr. Sankara also highlighted the company’s long-standing presence in the agricultural industry. According to him, Sankara Nigeria Limited has been in operation for over 35 years, specializing in the supply and

 maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. Over the decades, the company has built a reputation for delivering durable and efficient machinery solutions tailored to the needs of Nigerian farmers.

He noted that with the right support and collaboration, agriculture in Nigeria can be a major driver of economic growth, job creation, and food security.

The NIA Expo, a major annual event in Nigeria's agricultural calendar, brings together stakeholders across the value chain including manufacturers, policymakers, investors, and farmers, to explore innovations and investment opportunities in agriculture.
