The Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Abuja Branch, Mr. Daniel Afolabi, mcipm has emphasized the importance of data-driven decision-making in human resource management.

Speaking with journalists at the 25th Annual CIPM Conference held at the Harris Hotel, Mr. Afolabi stated that the focus of this year’s conference is on equipping HR professionals with the skills needed to transform data into strategic planning tools.

“This conference is all about how HR managers can turn data into strategic planning,” he said. “In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, the ability to analyze and apply data is essential for effective workforce management and long-term organizational success.”
