MRS EDESILI ANANI OKPEBHOLO,THE FIRSTLADY OF EDO STATE HAVE BEEN PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF THE VULNERABLE IN THE STATE

Mrs. Edesili Anani Okpebholo, the First Lady of Edo State, has been making waves with her administrative prowess and commitment to the welfare of Edo people. As the Coordinator of the Office of the First Lady, she has been instrumental in driving initiatives that address pressing issues in the state.

One of her notable achievements is her efforts to tackle irregular migration among youths in Edo State. She has been working closely with international partners, such as the Italian delegation, to provide training and skills acquisition programs for young people .This initiative aims to reduce unemployment, create job opportunities, and address human trafficking and irregular migration.

Mrs. Okpebholo has also been actively involved in promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups in the state. She has been working with the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), a program initiated by the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to provide food and other essential items to those in need .
